Synopsis

To tell this young, intelligent and sweet princess' story, the author used her creativity to add fiction in her historical romance. Actually, the story presents situations between Princess Maria Amélia de Bragança, D. Pedro I and Amélia de Leuchtenberg' s daughter, and the author herself. The romance deals with the faith in God and the deep love between Princess Maria Amélia and Ferdinand Maximilian D’Austria, who years later became Mexico Emperor. The story takes place in Portugal, interchanging past and contemporary events.
