É professor com graduação em Geografia (Licenciatura Plena), tem (02) duas especialização nas áreas de Desenvolvimento local Sustentável e Agricultura Familiar e Turismo e Meio Ambiente, experiência de mais de 08 anos na área de pesquisas e centrada em planejamento e gestão de projetos e estratégia de desenvolvimento em turismo em áreas rurais e agricultura familiar, supervisão e capacitação de recursos humanos para o desenvolvimento da atividade turística no meio rural, além de trabalhar com equipes multidisciplinares e interinstitucionais, ministrou aulas de geografia, história na rede pública estadual do Paraná no ensino fundamental e médio, além de palestras em vários cursos de planejamento e desenvolvimento rural e turismo para técnicos e dirigentes de instituições públicas e privadas.
