O autor, é um emigrado político por causa da ditadura de Augusto Pinochet do Chile em 1975. Trabalhou como engenheiro para diversas empresas em mais de 10 países. Aposentou-se em 2010. Atualmente dirige o site político do Socialismo Democratico Internacional www.demokratis.com.br. Paralelamente trabalha como professor particular de fabricação de Whisky caseiro.
