RAFY BARREIRA

Nasci em maio de 2000. Fui criado em uma linda infância em Massachussets, Estados Unidos, porém minha adolescência no Brasil foi bem difícil ao me deparar com uma cultura diferente, aprender uma nova linguagem, fazer novos amigos. Para me ajudar a vencer esse desafio e lutar contra a depressão, os animes se tornaram parte decisiva e integrante da minha vida. Testemunhando todos esses personagens singulares, tive a ideia de desenhar.

Amo animais! Fui pai de um casal de coelhos, Shadow e Marshmellow e de três gatas, Rubi, Sofie e Jolie. Rubi me faz companhia já há 7 anos.

A partir do meu primeiro desenho ainda infantil, feito em 2017, veio a inspiração para escrever uma série de aventuras em que híbridos e animais estão presentes.Questões sociais e emocionais são abordadas no meu livro, bem como a relação dos personagens com a tecnologia e sua falta, entre a natureza e seus animais em extinção.

Estou criando minha própria história e meu objetivo final é deixar uma marca no mundo.
