What you need to know before distributing
General rules for partner channels — check them whenever you have a question.
Up to 60 days after authorisation for the book to appear at partner channels. Changes to an already published book take the same amount of time.
A valid ISBN is mandatory on most channels. Without one the book will not be accepted, no matter how long you wait.
Books with flaps are automatically adapted to a format without flaps for international channels, which do not accept that finish.
Up to 20% of the content may be made available for preview on partner platforms.
The ePub format is required by e-book retailers. Files submitted only as PDF will not be accepted by every channel.
Distribution only happens with your authorisation at publication. Without it, the book is available solely on Literary Highways platforms.

We have bases in Brazil and in Europe. Books bought in Brazil are printed by Brazilian
printers; in the European Union, by European printers. In other countries they are
exported from whichever location offers the best logistics.
The same way you are paid in your own country. All royalties appear on your statement,
converted into your home currency and deposited into the account you specified.
Yes. Print books, e-books and, in the future, audiobooks are distributed internationally.
Just authorise it during publication. Within 60 days your book will be in the partner
stores. Without that authorisation, the book stays available on our platforms only.
Yes, at any time under Your Account › Your Publications › Published Books, in the actions
area.
No. The system recalculates per country, taking printing inputs, average local price and
exchange rates into account. In Brazil and the European Union the book is sold within
local average prices.
Yes. Sales on our site in the country where you published pay the amount you set.
Bookshops, marketplaces and our international sites pay 20% of the cover price.
Subscription or lending platforms pay 50% of the net amount passed on to us.
Google Play does not require an ISBN and accepts PDF or ePub. Amazon Kindle requires an
ISBN and ePub. Scribd does not require an ISBN but does require ePub. All other retailers
require both an ISBN and ePub.
