Professor da Academia de Polícia Militar e Centro de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento de Praças da Polícia Militar da Bahia;

Professor de Direitos Humanos da Academia de Polícia Civil da Bahia;

Foi professor de Intervenção Policial da Academia Nacional de Segurança Pública de El Salvador – América Central e Consultor de Segurança Pública da Missão das Nações Unidas em El Salvador (MINUSAL) no período de 1995 – 1998.
